Breakfast is served on the terrace next to the reception, under the shade of a canopy and an ancient carob tree. To ensure the most relaxing start to your day, guests can enjoy breakfast until 11:00 AM.
This breakfast is far from ordinary — the reception staff will welcome you with typical local delicacies, fresh and homemade. From orange, fig, mulberry, and mandarin jams to homemade cakes, from the “pane cunsato” corner with olive oil, oregano and local cheeses, to the classic almond granita.

Of course, you’ll also find excellent French-style butter croissants, fried doughnuts, cream-filled krapfen, and all the classic components of a generous continental hotel breakfast: toast, cheese, ham, and finally, freshly laid eggs from our own hens.
In accordance with current guidelines, breakfast will be served at your table. Guests can also request to receive their preferred newspaper each morning at breakfast.

For our garden, we selected native plant species. Along the way, you’ll find the name and family of many plants displayed.

We’ve created a small “botanical trail” a peaceful walk through the park where you’ll discover various species and their botanical families.

You’ll stroll among olive trees, from which we produce our extra virgin olive oil through cold pressing of untreated olives (varieties: Zaituna and Biancolilla), free from any pesticides.

Near the resort, you’ll find a small beehive: bees are pollinating insects that help flowers turn into fruit by transporting pollen from one blossom to another. Thanks to their activity, they preserve plant biodiversity — a crucial element for nature’s health.

Without bees, pollination would drastically decrease; plants would stop reproducing and eventually disappear, herbivores would lose their food sources, and the entire food chain — and our planet — would be at risk.

We have adopted two Ragusano donkeys who help us keep the garden in order by grazing on the grass.

We’ve done our best to respect the environment by installing solar thermal panels, photovoltaic systems, and cutting-edge heat pumps that significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

Real change comes from small daily actions. That’s why we encourage habits like reducing waste (especially plastic), proper recycling, using digital communication instead of printed materials, and minimizing laundry consumption.

In each room, you’ll find a dispenser with natural citrus-scented liquid soap, made using the hot method and our very own olive oil.
Thanks to its moisturizing, antioxidant, and anti-aging properties, it is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive.
Our extra virgin olive oil soap is delicate, free from preservatives, dyes, and artificial foaming agents, helping restore the skin’s natural pH while gently cleansing and hydrating.
