The philosophy of our Country Resort is rooted in the desire to offer Guests the authentic taste of local products.
Most of the ingredients we use are sourced locally at zero kilometers, or grown directly in our own vegetable garden. The extra virgin olive oil comes from our very own olive trees within the resort.

Our wine cellar is strictly Sicilian.
Our kitchen is also highly attentive to the needs of Guests with gluten intolerance.
Alongside dishes that are “naturally gluten-free” and suitable for everyone, we aim to adapt the menu for gluten-intolerant Guests without compromising taste or variety.
Your holiday begins in the morning
There is a moment when your holiday truly begins. At Valle di Mare Country Resort, it is the moment you wake up.
Every morning, until 10:30 a.m., breakfast is served on the terrace alongside the reception area, beneath the shade of a majestic centuries-old carob tree. A peaceful and relaxing setting where the aroma of coffee, the sea breeze and the flavours of Sicilian tradition gently welcome our Guests into a new day of their holiday.
Our breakfast is designed to be an authentic experience, combining the very best of local culinary culture with a generous selection of international favourites.
Alongside the classics of a continental breakfast, you will find some of Sicily’s most iconic specialities: Syracuse-style almond granita, freshly prepared every day with toasted almonds, the traditional brioche col tuppo and the renowned pane “cunsato”, seasoned with our own TiVogghiu extra virgin olive oil, produced from the olive trees grown at the Resort.
The selection also includes butter croissants, muffins, pancakes, doughnuts, krapfen, yogurt, cereals, fruit juices, toast, cheeses, cold cuts and freshly prepared eggs, as well as a dedicated fresh fruit and vegetable corner with a juicer for making natural juices.
Special attention is given to Guests with specific dietary requirements, with dedicated products available for those following a gluten-free diet.
