The philosophy of our Country Resort is rooted in the desire to offer Guests the authentic taste of local products.
Most of the ingredients we use are sourced locally at zero kilometers, or grown directly in our own vegetable garden. The extra virgin olive oil comes from our very own olive trees within the resort.

We offer our Guests a selection of traditional Sicilian dishes, as well as creative reinterpretations that highlight ingredients once considered humble — the true essence of Sicilian cuisine. A culinary journey rediscovering the ancient flavors of the Mediterranean.
Our wine cellar is strictly Sicilian.
Our kitchen is also highly attentive to the needs of Guests with gluten intolerance.
Alongside dishes that are “naturally gluten-free” and suitable for everyone, we aim to adapt the menu for gluten-intolerant Guests without compromising taste or variety.
THE RESORT’S “COUNTRY” BREAKFAST
Your holiday begins in the morning!
To offer our Guests maximum relaxation, breakfast is served until 11:00 AM on the terrace next to the reception, shaded by a canopy at the foot of a centuries-old carob tree.
Even late risers, after the buffet closes, can still enjoy a sweet start to their day.
Our breakfast is far from conventional: you’ll be welcomed by our staff and treated to fresh, homemade local specialties.
From jams made with oranges, figs, mulberries, and mandarins to homemade cakes. From the “pane da cunsare” corner (bread to dress with olive oil, oregano and local cheeses), to the traditional almond granita.
Of course, you’ll also find excellent French-style butter croissants, donuts, cream-filled krapfen, and all the classic elements of a rich continental hotel breakfast: toast, cheese, ham, and freshly made fruit and vegetable juice to finish.
