The oil used in our kitchen comes exclusively from the Resort’s olive trees.
The crops, tomatoes, peppers, peaches, table grapes, mango, aubergines, of the nearby farm are beyond the KM0, beyond the Bio.
It is regenerative biodynamic farming, in complete respect of nature and its cycles. Raw materials are grown without the use of pesticides and antibiotics.
Our main goal is to find a balance with the nature that surrounds us.
